The present work explores the issue of advisory intervention in conflict settlement by the directing person in schools of Secondary Education. is paper seeks the features and the advisory skills used to intervene in a conflict. e survey was conducted in May 2010 in Western Attica and attended by all the Headmasters in the region. e methodological tool was a questionnaire and the results were processed with the program SPSS 17.0. e results have showed that respect, active listening and summarizing are the features and skills that Headmasters in this region use when they intervene advisory in conflict settlement at school.
