Εκπαιδευτικές ανισότητες στο πολυπολιτισμικό σχολείο- Ο ρόλος του διευθυντή στην αντιμετώπιση τους
This paper examines the role of educational leadership in multicultural management issues. For this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared, which was given to 61 (sixty) directors who served during the school year 2016 - 2017 in schools (urban and rural) secondary and secondary technical and vocational education in the district of Paphos. From the qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews, managers are interested in foreign students who are part of their priorities, they are informed about developments in intercultural education and take preventive initiatives to manage problematic situations. Thus, the incidents that have to be resolved in relation to foreign students are minimal and resolved within the school unit. Undoubtedly this research may be a reason for a systematic investigation of issues related to the impact of the teacher's intercultural readiness on achieving a positive psychological climate for student‘s, thereby endeavoring to cover the specific research gap in the future. Finally, although the presence of foreign student‘s in the school‘s increases the volume of the manager's administrative responsibilities, the Ministry stands as a facilitator so that the existing administrative system resolve‘s all issues of an administrative nature.

Η εργασία αυτή εξετάζει το ρόλο της εκπαιδευτικής ηγεσίας σε ζητήματα διαχείρισης της πολυπολιτισμικότητας. Για αυτό το σκοπό σεδιάστηκε ένα ερωτηματολόγιο το οποίο δόθηκε σε 61 διευθυντές που υπηρετούσαν κατά τη σχολική χρονιά 2016-2017 σε σχολικές μονάδες (αστικές και αγροτικές) μέσης και μέσης τεχνκής και επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης της επαρχίας Πάφου.
