Οι διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις εκπαιδευτικών και μαθητών στη σχολική τάξη
Introduction: Every human relationship is defined through the communication between the people involved in it. The ability of communication is inherent in every person, but the individual communication techniques and skills required to make it more effective can be the subject of learning at all ages. The educator is the person who, depending on his / her scientific training, professional experience and his / her educational and personal identity, has the ability to shape his / her context of communication with children, negatively or positively influencing the form and communication of the learning process. Methodology: For the preparation and completion of this project, research studies were conducted using dada from scientific magazines, and scientific articles that were related to the topic of this paper. The method used for the successful collection of data was wide research through search engines and databases such as CINAHL, PUBMED, GOOGLE SCHOLAR Purpose: The purpose of this project was to to understand the factors that influence student and teacher relationships wherever they are in the process of learning, and to recognize specific skills that contribute to the development of an effective educational and teaching relationship. Results/Conclusion: Through research and data analysis it can be observed that interpersonal relationships between trainers have a direct impact on students' learning and social behavior. When students are attracted to the teacher's interesting and friendly attitude, their attitude towards learning improves and thus positively affects their performance.

Κάθε ανθρώπινη σχέση ορίζεται μέσα από την επικοινωνία μεταξύ των ανθρώπων που συμμετέχουν σε αυτή. Η ικανότητα της επικοινωνίας είναι έμφυτη σε κάθε άνθρωπο, αλλά οι επι μέρους επικοινωνιακές τεχνικές και δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται, ώστε να είναι αυτή πιο αποτελεσματική, είναι δυνατό να αποτελέσουν αντικείμενο μάθησης σε κάθε ηλικία.
