Abstract

This study emphasises the need for green innovation and GHRM in organisations to achieve long-term sustainability and environmental goals. It summarizes a factorial investigation of GHRM, green innovation, and environmental perfor mance. Sustainable development and pollution reduction improve environmental performance, according to the research. Improving environmental performance and sustainability requires green innovation, which includes process and product improvements. Improvements in product design and manufacture enable this strategy. Organizations must emphasize environmental sustainability due to the many critical concerns facing developed and emerging countries. This research has important implications for senior management and academia, helping executives create a green innovation culture in products and processes.
