This chapter will look at how Green Human Resources-GHR can help firms im prove their environmental sustainability. It investigates how green ambidexterity - the ability to balance both extraction and exploration strategies—affects green business operations. The chapter also looks into how Green HR practices can be integrated to foster a sustainable culture and achieve environmental objectives. The findings show that Green HR improves environmental performance by incorporating sustainability into HR operations like as hiring, training, performance manage ment, and engagement among workers. Green ambidexterity enables companies to maximize present operations (exploitation) while also encouraging creativity for a sustainable future (exploration). This chapter adds to the existing literature by offering a thorough overview of the present situation of Green HR and its effect on the performance of the environment.en_UK
