This chapter underscores the transformative role of business intelligence (BI) in shaping international trade. Through a systematic literature review, 24 documents were identified revealing ten key thematic clusters which illustrate how AI, big data, supply chain analytics, and blockchain are redefining global trade operations, decision-making processes, and competitive strategies. The findings reveal the potential of business intelligence to change international trade and stress the need for continuous innovation, regulatory adaptation, and strategic implementation of digital technologies. Addressing these research gaps is imperative for scholars and practitioners to contribute to the development of more resilient, efficient, and competitive global trade ecosystems. This, in turn, will foster stronger international economic relations and ensure the integration of new technologies into the future of global trade.en_UK
