Communication: panacea or pain in the neck?

This article analyzes whether communication can solve all management problems. With the rapid technological developments in methods of communication, corporate managers have become more increasingly dependent on electronic devices. In consequence, managers are trap into careless and wasteful habits. Yet words, like any other medium of human expression, must be handled with concentration and skill if they are to serve their purpose. Long practice of speaking does not guarantee good performance. Communication involves human beings and their perceptions. The act of communicating is but a part of the communication continuum. to focus briefly on the continuum as a whole, the process can be said to consist of the impetus to send, which overlaps the phase of conceiving what to send.
