The present work explores the issue of advisory intervention in conflict settlement by the directing person in schools of Secondary Education. is paper seeks the features and the advisory skills used to intervene in a conflict. e survey was conducted in May 2010 in Western Attica and attended by all the Headmasters in the region. e methodological tool was a questionnaire and the results were processed with the program SPSS 17.0. e results have showed that respect, active listening and summarizing are the features and skills that Headmasters in this region use when they intervene advisory in conflict settlement at school.
