| dc.description | In our time and age schools and teachers have to demonstrate their effectiveness every single day, especially with today’s challenging and multicultural educational environment. They are responsible towards society in terms of efficiency of their work, and particular in terms of contribution to the success in the main school mission which is the improvement of pupils' performance. The role of the teacher in achieving this goal is considered very important. It seems that the satisfaction of the teachers resulting from their work influences to the way they work affects the educational results of the school. At the same time, the school climate is a parameter widely accepted as the most important in the effectiveness of the school. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine whether the school climate affects the professional satisfaction of teachers and to which extent the interactive process between these aspects of these parameters affects the performance of students. The proposed study aspires to provide new knowledge by examining a dynamic model that involves either linear or nonlinear relationships between aspects of teacher satisfaction and specific aspects of school climate and school efficiency. | en_UK |
