dc.description.abstract | The dissertation explores the US strategy against terrorism in the 21st century, focusing on Afghanistan and Iraq. It uses qualitative analysis, historical review, case studies, and empirical data assessment. The study reveals terrorism's persistence and evolution, making combating complex and expensive. It calls for disrupting key enablers of terrorism, including human and financial resources, to prevent their continued existence. It provides eight recommendations for counterterrorism practitioners and policymakers. | en_UK |
